Our Integrity Dance Instructors are experienced; well-respected and highly trained professionals in the dance industry. They have all traveled throughout the U.S. sharing their specialties at conventions, master workshops or judging for prestigious dance competitions.
In addition our teachers continue to successfully perform throughout the U.S. which helps to bridge a gap for students wanting to enter into the professional dance arena. Furthermore, our teachers love to train and share their knowledge to their students. Our Integrity dance instructors are positive, energetic and motivational.

Maria Weatherbee
Maria is the Founder/Artistic Director of The Integrity Dance Center. She is known throughout the U.S. for her versatility, innovative style and above the ordinary approach to dance. A multiple choreography award winner, Maria’s eclectic choreography, passionate teaching and energetic performance set her aside from the ordinary.
Maria takes pride in transcending her work each year and providing the versatility and style needed for allowing her students to explore all the dimensions of dance.

Ms. Diane has been teaching ballet for nearly 30 years. For the past 10 years she taught ballet for Central Florida Ballet Academy. She also served as Competition Director and School Director.
Under her guidance and direction the school flourished as one of Florida’s top classical ballet academies. Her students and choreography have won many awards and she is highly regarded as a coach and choreographer. Her students have excelled at Youth America Grand Prix: the worlds largest ballet competition for youth and World Ballet Competition. Her students have been awarded numerous scholarships to elite schools all around the country.

Mrs. Gina comes to us from Salem, Massachusetts. She brings a wealth of intense training, experience and knowledge to Integrity Dance Center. She has been teaching Gymnastics/tumbling for over 10 years and is a very well known and respected coach in the state of Florida. She is also Red Cross, First Aid and CPR certified in the state of Florida. Mrs. Gina retired gymnastics at Level 10 in her gymnastics career.

Miss Johari comes to us from Syracuse, New York where she has been dancing and training for the past 16 years.
Her professional credits include member of U-Turn Contemporary Dance Company, Dweebs Hip Hop Crew dancer, invited guest performer for NAACP Convention, Holiday Tap Dancer for Universal Studios Holiday Parade and performer for Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. She was a featured choreographer at The University of Central Florida’s Spring Concert and Valencia Community College’s Choreographer’s Showcase and Evening of Dance performance. Miss Johari performed in various stage productions such as Makulu, Colours of Courage, Unheard Insight, Dancing For Hope and Russian Nutcracker to name a few.
Currently, Miss Johari attends The University of Central Florida where she is seeking her degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications with a minor in Dance.

Ryan Skrocki began dancing at the age of 10 here in Oviedo, Florida and was immediately captivated by all it had to offer. Ryan began training in Hip Hop and Jazz and fell in love with Musical Theater and took the stage by force, dancing and acting up a storm and beginning his competition career.
Ryan went on to win many awards including overall, title and scholarship awards at competitions both regionally and nationally, including: “Super Soloist” at Encore Dance Competition, “Dancer of the Year” at American Dance Awards Orlando, “Mr. Teen Dance USA” at Dance USA, “Triple Threat Scholarship” at NYCDA Conventions and “Teen Mr. Starquest” at Starquest National Competition in Virginia Beach, VA.
Ryan understands the values of Integrity and wants nothing more than to see students succeed in whatever they desire to do. With his positive attitude, and a strict detail for discipline, Ryan hopes that his students become more than dancers. He strives to bring out the performer in everyone and build the confidence they need to thrive in the dance world as well as real world.
